Welcome! You have landed on this page because you may want assistance from one of our firm’s lawyers.
We are currently very selective in taking on new cases. This is due to an abundance of cases and a shortage of people. This means that we are extremely selective in the new cases we take on, in order to ensure quality service.
Submitting your answers to the questions below in no way means that we are thereby making any commitment to you. Only after assessing your application and a possible additional (telephone) conversation can we let you know whether we can and want to assist you.
A lawyer-client relationship is established only after you have signed and returned our engagement letter, which has been received by us. We will only start working after receiving an advance payment. The amount is determined per case.
Only after receipt of the retainer and the signed order confirmation does an attorney-client relationship arise and only from then on do we become responsible, within reason, for any deadlines involved in your case. Therefore, submitting the form below in no way means that we become responsible for securing your rights. On the contrary: that remains up to you.
We are currently extremely reluctant to take on pro bono cases (also formerly known as cases based on proof of insolvency).
We cannot assist clients whose identity we do not know. This means that you cannot request our assistance on an anonymous basis either.
We naturally treat the information you provide confidentially, which is also covered by our legally enshrined professional secrecy.
Our aim is to inform you as soon as possible whether we can help you further or not. If you have not heard from us within a week, you can assume that there are no possibilities or no interest.
Kind regards,
